Thoughts on PLT
So I know I only have 5K but every word feels like a victory. I also picked up a plothole. Fierro drives a Buick (affordable. . . yet classy) BUT you can't get European Buicks. The wheel is on the wrong side.
Thoughts on S&A
I went back to read some of S&A and SHV was right. That was some very REAL REAL REAL Angst. I'm not sure where I pulled so much of that from ?
I do see a Vault post coming up. . . soonish. Have I posted an S&A Christmas draft that went nowhere ? I can't remember
Chapter 11
So my author's note pretty much sums it up. This chapter was about revealing that while Sera and Leon were hiding the truth about the assassination, that Paris was hiding his depression and suicidal thoughts from them.
I also felt like Posner's Ibiza is a perfect song to sum up how Leo and Sera feel. They are these people who have done this one great thing, but it doesn't really end in life-long success for them. . . or anyone really. Leon isn't feeling his desk job and doesn't know how to be a family man. Sera is starting to realize that being queen is more than just being by Paris' side and she kind of hides behind and embraces her different looks. And of course Paris has been saving face this whole time.
Re-Cap
After meeting up with the old resistance Sera and Leon discover that Paris has hanged himself. They are able to save him, but it's obvious now more than ever that New Aeterna might not be able to escape its destructive past.
Sera has given so much (her freedom, her privacy, her image and even he life) for New Aeterna and Paris that the thought that he would throw it all away angers her in a way that causes Leon to get her out of the house and stay with him. Also, we are going to find out who the mysterious person Solstice is going to \ meet up with.
This is a transition chapter. This is probably going to be the shortest chapter in this whole thing
