No, this isn't Nightmare. Instead I think I want to post more T-DOLL. Somehow SH and I had very similar post in the works.
Nightmare
Nightmare is coming very very soon. It's so odd because so much of it was written so long ago. I have this giant gap between the first completed 5 chapters and well . . then ending. So I need to have some idea what I want to happen. So I guess I need MORE PLOT !
I promise it's coming soon. Not the next post. . . but the next one.
Tense Situation
So you may have noticed this in LAE, but I was having a hard time with tenses. Most of LAE is in past tense and then after Sera is shot it is all preseent tense, because Paris is sort of reliving everything that bought him to that moment. However some scenes just seemed better in a different tense.
This is the only other problem I'm having with Nightmare. It was ALL written in past, then I changed it to present. I'm still figuring it out.
Bellum
Since, I pretty much have nothing else to join me in the trenches I've been thinking alot about Bellum and. All I'm getting is scenes, characters and possible endings but no. . . well. . . plot.
Overall I thought we could have some laughs with T-DOLL : HOF. and T-DOLL

Oh, wow ! I can't believe we even have the same title. This SH-LILE Paradox Line is my most favorite thing about doing this. It's so creepy !
ReplyDeleteI have to say I never noticed the Tense stuff in LAE. Other than catching how distant Paris narration was in the first few chapters.
Paris distant narration was intentional because I really wanted parts of it to be in third person. I plan to use this a lot in Bellum. . . if that becomes a thing.

ReplyDeleteI would so be into a LL threesome, and not (just) for the phsyical part, but so they could all be together and Emile wouldn’t be on his own/ third wheel all the time. Plus he could be the sane one for Rose when Clierro be acting all cray.
Yeah, but would Clara have two husbands or is Emile just a plus one to the marriage ?
DeleteI think we can all agree that in this universes Clara and Emile would be in love with Fierro, so Fierro would have one wife and one husband and Clara/Emile would be like sister wife and brother husband....I think we've gone too far.

ReplyDeleteOkay, so I don't get a lot of the jokes (like who is Renessme ?) but atleast I think I''m starting to get the story now. Kind of interesting to see all the female gaze going on in past comments and stuff.

ReplyDeleteOkay, is it weird I didn’t hate film Renessme ? I mean she was just so sweet looking...the grown up one, not the creeptastic baby version.
I think Renessme would have worked better is she were a "someone to remember me by". I mean I get it though, Smeyer had to have a HEA
