First of all not update today, sorry. But, I figured 40th post wasn't that big of a deal but we are going to go all out for the 50th post. I am up to 11,000 words and I have some idea where I want the story to go and I can promise for an update everyday this week !
Now I've been messing around with some numbers and I hate to pull Shawna into this but I thought it might be fun to do for her.
Free Spirits
Grand Total Length was : 16, 200 (+/- 25) words for 5 sections that's about 3,240 words per section with a grand total of 78 pages, not quite novel legnth (which is usally considered 50,000)
I also decided for fun to do United Light up to chapter nine
United Light
Grand total word length 33,500 words with a page length of 112 give or a few pages for spacing. So for up to chapter nine that is about 3,772 words per chapter.
I didn't really have a point to this post except I think it's interesting to consider quantity measurement since quality is so easy. I suppose Shawna and I have the same milege but she goes further (was that a weird metaphor?) Looks like I have quite a bit to catch up on.

You think quality is easeir ? I think getting quality stuff is harder. You did however write and entire different version, that has to count for some credit. Also I know I posted some short chapters.

Even though Shawna has more it is all what you do with it and while I think her stuff runs at an average rate you pulled us in and didn't let go. Even when we thought you were done,you had us on the edge of our seats.

How did you put the words into page numbers ? Looking at that makes me feel like I am actually doing a lot of reading when I tune in for my web serials !
