Okay, so as mentioned probably a while back was that the Lost Angels series dealt with other female leads. Originally each girl was supposed to have a book (Severine originally had two best friends; Paige and I believe her name was Macy) and in another Retcon(that the editors hated) it was more like the Babysitters Club.
What this all boils down to is that I think Paige will have her own solitary story, dealing with her life after high school and being in her early twenties. I won't give much more detail but I consider it ,like Lost Angels, to be a 17 + age group while I consider Spirits to be an adult novel.

Wait, who was Paige ?
ReplyDeleteFarrah --She was in Lost Angels, she had barely any lines if you will. I remember because she had my name
ReplyDeleteWhat is Retcon ?
ReplyDeleteCool ! Can't wait.
ReplyDeleteBut, isn't 17+ adult so by defacto Lost Angels is an adult book
ReplyDeleteI think adult and teen books is all in the marketing.
ReplyDeleteWill Paige be as edgy as Spirits ?
ReplyDeleteI live for this blog, even the tinies updates I really love it
ReplyDeleteWill Paige have a love interest?

ReplyDelete@ Farrah - She was mentioned in passing
@ Paige - what a coincendence
@ Cynthia, it's when you change someone's past, for the sake of a plot. Retroactive Continuity.
@ Myra - me neither
@ Vera & HPgirl I should say 15-17, it's really for legal reasons
@ Decaf - No

ReplyDelete@ Fi - I know the answer but it's not really a yes or no.
ReplyDeleteaileen - I like foreshadowing, I really only did it once with Sophia being on the bust in Lost Angels (not on purpose, though).

ReplyDeleteAileen- Oh, right, I did that one last minute. Actually that whole part came out of left field
