Listening to one of the songs really turned the key in where I think the story should go. I think it took me to some dark places but here goes. It's in first person now to give you a more personal connection.

Will there ever be a prequel because I hate how we get glimpses into Tomas's past but we don't see the whole picture.

Okay, I have to tell you something. This story is wonderful, it reminds me of those great American novels like Catcher in the Rye and Great Gatsby that show the journey of a man (or woman,nowadays) and how they evolve into different people or how experiences shape them. I think books nowadays are more about pop culture references and mindless fun, which is great but it's good to see something different. When reading something makes me scared and have emotion I applaud that more than anything. They need to call your books Sapphire because you are Cobalt's little gem
ReplyDeleteI have to say I came across this through JB and I have just started it and I really enjoy this. I love that there is a spiritual side to Tomas. I assume you are officially calling him Catholic now.
