Friendly Reminder, It's 2017 AYC 3

2017

I forgot to mention AYC takes place during the summer of 2017. I wrote the story AYC is based on partially in 2016 (posted in 2017) and it ends with the characters at their 10 year high school in 2016. This story takes place about 5 months after that in June 2017.  I'm not going to directly touch on current events but the characters are in the background dealing with the election of 45 and #MeToo

Also if you are keeping track this means Paris graduated high school in 2006 and that's how I am framing the timeline.

Chapter 3

Newly elected Supervisor Paris had uncovered an embezzlement scheme that has been active for  30 years. Paris is ready to confront his boss and make sure people are held accountable. unfortunately the unethical way Paris discovered the scheme could cost him everything. Paris knows what he has to do even if it mean he has to leave his new home and start over. Something he's done his whole life. We're going to go back a little and  see how far he's come and why he's not willing to back down. But first...
