Sincerely, Emile Wrap Up
So that was my little experiment into Emile's POV. I think I said all I needed to in my author's note, though I do feel like I may need to redeem Fierro a bit. You will hate him at first in Liapri but then you won't...I kind of promise. I started Liapri way back in 2017 and first teased it in this little post
With that said I've been calling Sincerely, Emile and Liapri "fanfic"because they don't quite hit the themes of Litany Lane... but they are canon. I should reserve the term FanFic for when I do really really bonkers stuff like AUs. So all the novellas are cannon they are even slightly connected because something that happens in Liapri effects the Rose POV novellas which takes place seven years later.
Okay, an then that's it guys. After Liapri which is clocking maybe 40K, I'm going to stop writing about these characters. It is time for me to let go. I literally have nothing left to say about them.
The Vault : Litany Lane
So first up is the scenes that originally got me thinking about Celestial Hollow were Fierro and Emile break into a county building. I mean right from the jump it does not have the right feel for what I was going for in Sincerely, Emile. This it the original version and in this version Morgan Quinn's name is Sorell Quinn. My mind is boggled because of how off hand all the reference to Celestial Hollow were in 2017.
Emile is flashing back in this scene to something that happens a few weeks after Iris. Clara has gone back to New York to wrap things up with her family and has left four-year-old baby Rose with the father she just met in Europe. Fierro has some loose ends of his own so he and Emile head to Fierro's hometown..
This is in past tense which was something I try to actively avoid in Sincerely, Emile...I think my results varied using present tense. Just doesn't come natural I guess..

Litany Lane/SHV Crossover
Okay this next thing is from WAY WAY back when SHV was posting United Light 3. My metadata said I wrote this back in 2016... but that can't be right ? I wrote this about Rocket and at the time I couldn't find out how to end it so I just threw an ending in there that leads into Liapri for Sh*ts and Giggles because I thought there was no way I'd write Liapri and it's be an inside joke for me You'll know it when you see it.
Also I wrote this in the middle of UL3 so I didn't know Rocket wasn't married.
I'm saving the New Aeterna/Lux Aeterna Vault for another post because it's also going to serve as a recap. That is going to be a novel
