Chapter 4
So, yes like I said in the comments chapter four was a chapter I started working on because I wanted to show the characters giving back. This is also the first time Clarence's promise to help Rose is put to the test.
Chapter 7
So there are going to be a lot of questions coming up and chapter seven to me is like a "turning" point for various reasons. So hold on.
Nightfall Academy
So, remember Nightfall academy ? Well like I said I tried and I just WAS NOT able to do it. I wrote like three lines and gave up. I think I put it in the comment section that I just couldn't make it work.
I was going to post the three lines until I started messing with it. . . and it kind of became a thing. I played a little bit with the specifications (ie Clara isn't a new student) but it's a little 10K novella. It got a bit out of hand and took some turns but at at least it didn't take me two years !

I think it's pretty obvious I've written more 'side pieces' about the Litany Lane world and this was just another excuse to throw stuff in.
Chapter 5
Clarence's first weekend with his sister starts off at the Lourve, where he and Rose discover an 18th century display with the masque Rose can't stop drawing. Then Clara and Fierro find out that someone has sent out invitations for a masquerade on their behalf. Rose says it was her but was it really ?
The revelation causes some slight tension, but everyone seems to be in a better mood after spending the morning volunteering but it turns out Rose has other plans. Clarence helps her run off to a library to gather some more information on Chateau Mericer and the mysterious Cake Lady.
Meanwhile being out of work and staying at home has started to take its toll on Clara. Thankfully her best friend Eleanor is in town and they've agreed to meet up at one of Clara's guitar lessons. Despite all the distractions Clara has a lot to be uneasy about. She's not only lost her engagement ring, but she lost it after waking up in the closed Huit Boulveard Theatre
