Which got me thinking back to what I imagined Litany Lane to originally be. I'd started in the middle of SA and I wanted to do something kinda of kitschy, surreal with this otherworldy setting.
I'd originally envisioned Litany Lane as an "episodic" serial I could revisit about the main trio of Fierro, Emile and Clara in this ethereal, frozen in time place, where Clara would be the curious engenue , Emile would be the bright humor one and Fierro would be this mysterious brooding character with the feels for Clara. But around chapter 5 or 9 I abandoned it.
I never regret it but I do wonder sometimes. Like I know Clara's house burning down would have been a "plot" and the DeLune/Fierro history would be revealed. . . but I get stumped after that. . .I don't know how TV writers do it.
This is also why I am SO fond of Will's End ! It makes me think of what could have been.

The day has finally come for New Aeterna to celebrates it's Independence, but in the middle of the ball shots are fired and Paris, Leon and Sera are on the run from the Unification Party---namely Solstice LeCroix. But Solstice isn't the only one looking for Paris, so is The United Nations who want to arrest Paris for the allegations (which Solstice leaked from Anne Lynne's computer) of corruption.Violence and riots have broken out everyone is on different sides.
Paris can't stand for the chaos any longer so he agrees to turn himself into the Unification Party, But Seraphina isn't going to let him go that easily because the Unification Party has plans to sentence Paris to death. Then they are coming for her.
