Chapter 6
April's Story was around the third thing I had written for this serial. It's the one thing that explains April's motivations-- her only motivation-- in life is to get back at her Mother.Originally the story was the story I thought I should write, but I wanted to take a different angle.

To make this blogpost fun I went back to the Let's Give LiLe Something to blog about questions.April and Cillian are out of the question because their serial isn't complete.
Who is the hottest Lile guy and why ? (It can be more than looks)
So, all of my characters are hot. . . so I'm going to have to based this on other things.
Tomas. I know I know it's obvious I would pick him. He is all broken, brooding and makes mistakes. He is also higly creative, caring and persistant.
Who is the sexiest Lile girl and why (again, more than looks!)
I'll go with Clara. She's rich and talented and she doesn't try to hide it.
If she could break apart and repair a couple who would it be ?
I feel like I've said this but I am all over some Fierro/Sofia. I mean putting two reserved, reflective, and tentative characters together seems nice and healthy. Also Sera and Clara. . .but that's because that would be hot.

So Cillian's realized that Cascade Falls has some resident who are less than human. April's told her story but does Cillian see himself in the next chapter ?
Chapter 7
Okay, Lile can we talk about how much I’m enjoying this ? At first I thought that faeries were an odd choice, maybe because all I can think of is Tinkerbell but… you’ve made faeries into something I need more of ! I love the etherealness of the beginning and the raunchiness (maybe not the best word) of that dance scene.
ReplyDeleteOh, did I mention the reason I changed it so April doesn't talk when Cillian first meets her is supposed to be reminiscent of Tinkerbell (because Tink doesn't talk.)

DeleteI think Eric (S&A) and Eric (Lux) would make a pretty interesting couple. I mean, they both move the plots along in such subtle, but key ways. I mean if Eric (Lux) hadn't been in the apartment, Parisobel wouldn't have had their first kiss. So...yeah.
ReplyDeleteYou do know those are the same Eric right ? If it ever happen Eric gets quite a bit of dialogue in Bellum.

No, they have them over the course of a few select years. Ty's third daughter (Teaegan) is mentioned as being away at college. I originally had her in but it was just to many Fae-sisters at once.

ReplyDeleteIt’s kind of dishonest what Ty and Company is doing to the food. I mean, I know it’s all in good measure to make people happy, but it’s still drugging against their consent.
Are they ? Are they ? No one has confirmed this yet much to Cillian's chagrin.

ReplyDeleteI got Tirneys (and Teagan) from looking up Irish names and Thistle's because it sounded whimsical.
DeleteOh, I see. Names are important to Faeries and that’s why Thistle didn’t give her name to Cillian at the beginning.
