I don't know what kind of strange voodoo was at work that made Lux dig through the trenches so quickly, but for some reason Bellum just has this huge GIANT wall. I have all these mini scenes but not actual what's it called. . .plot. I wonder if it's because I know after N:AF I may not have anything else up my sleeve. Also I have a lot of puns on the word Bellum so I'll bring it up sometimes.

So I've gone on and on about this gap that NAF is going to have and I need to fill (Don't, Erik) . I had an idea of what I wanted to do back when it first popped into my head, but I have this other idea. I think I may have to write gibberish and nonsense until something comes out of it.

This reminds me of that movie that came out in the 90's...I think Kristen Dunst was in it...it was something about fairies or something. I think they marketed like they were real or something.

ReplyDeleteWe don't even know if they are fairies. Cillian and Cirian and Tierney are both very Irish names, so maybe something in this is based on Irish or Celtic fairytales.

It was such an odd process, because I remember writing about the cherry yogurt and realizd I had to explain why he had it and Jerry and his calcium kick popped up. Then I was like I need a comic relief. chapter one came out like. . .magic.

ReplyDeleteWell, the Coleman's trust Jerry and Jerry seems to trust Cillian. The Coleman kids appear in the next chapters and that was actually the first time I wrote them. This was the introduction I added in later.
