Chapter 12 was kind of short so I don't really have much to say on it. Originally chapters 11,12 and 13 were one big chapter.

I sensed this was going to be the last chapter, this is by far my new favorite of yours. I wish I had more to say but, I am still adjusting to this being the end !

Dude, I can not believe Fierro commited suicide. That sucks.
ReplyDeleteI have not been been this pissed off since JK killed of Hedwig-- I mean seriously he was Harry's only friend when he was away from the summer and felt like he had none, he is what connected Harry to his friends. I mean Hedwig didn't even do anything and if she had to kill him off (which she didn't) it could have been more valeint. Damn I am so pissed now.
Um, Erik don't you see by killing of Hedwig symbolized Harry didn't need a connection to the Wizard World anymore-- he was apart of it fully now.

ReplyDeleteSo, when Roger was talking to Addison it was really Lucie controlling him ? I hate Lucie and I hate the fact that she won.
ReplyDeleteI was so upset that Fierro died but, part of me wants to think he is in Litany Lane in his house going about his quiet life.

ReplyDeleteI am in the minority here but, I think Mr. Fierro was driven mad by his need for revenge and ruined everyones life in the process. I was kind of hoping Clara was going to shoot him.

I am with Sam, I mean the fact that when he was dying he though Clara was Lucy, ugh, he is just such a player or something.
ReplyDeleteI mean I was sad (the music did it) but, I think Fierro got what he deserved.
I love that Up to The Moutain song, it is so powerful and when I heard the first chords I was like, "yes" this is the perfect song for this moment.
ReplyDeleteI think the Griffith song is about sacrifice now I am not saying Addison is anything like MLK but, Fierro is sacrificing his happiness for Clara's life. Is that the connection to that song ?
ReplyDeleteIf Fierro and Clara had ended up together I think they would have had a Sam/Emily (Twilight) situation, which IMO is a little unhealthy.

The ending was so perfect but, I noticed the last paragraph was a slightly different font and color. Was it a last minute addition ?
ReplyDeleteI am in a odd bind over these darn endings ! I mean I am happy that Clara got to go to Italy unlike Sophia who never went to Europe but, still. I feel so bad for Clara she got so screwed.

ReplyDeleteThis was an amazing ending but, there is one thing I love and it is so little. I love how you introduced Rainer to us earlier on so when she arrived on the scene it felt like someone we knew and not just some random character.

ReplyDeleteThe song at the end of the epilogue felt a little off but, I kind of liked it. The epilogue was written so perfectly though, the style and everything. It was just awesome !
ReplyDeleteI just noticed LA, FS and S&A was a trilogy. After this trilogy I can't wait to see what you come up with next. I seriously can't wait but, with August and LL and HOF the Beneath Heaven series is like a trilogy.

ReplyDeleteWhen Rainer and Martin are fighting why is Clara there ? Isn't she in a a lot of pain and should be in a hospital ?
