Notes
I've noticed that you guys pick up on things almost surprisingly well. As a result I want to just say that there are absolutely no connections between this story and S&A. It may seem tempting in upcoming chapters but there aren't.
Additionally The out look of chapter posting should be every 1-3 days. I think Chapter 8 (which is giving me the Reverse Shawna Harrison Another One Of Those Times Synrdome) I have so much content and storylines that I'm concerned that It is not laying out properly or which is the best direction. As a result Chapter 8 will probably be longer than the others.
Safety
As you may know I update chapters ahead of time and I forgot to Password protect my files (hope no one caught on !)

Glossary
I read somewhere unless you're JRR Tolkien a writer is only allowed to make up Five words. I think Shawna did this wonderfully with United Light and TL's. I think what made me apprehensive about the last chapter was the amount of terms I was throwing at you. Like Specters and Sanctuary.

ReplyDeleteI have to agree with Violeta on this one, I miss S&A a lot but I am starting to really love this. It was so beautiful it just makes me feel calm and happy. I loved this part :

Hmmm, is it odd I'm starting to find Mr.Fierro a little . . . sexy ? That last scene with the music it was kind of romantic. It actually took me a while to remember that was the Titanic music. Wait, was that Titanic music ?

I am glad you have a lot of story line ideas, this could turn into an epic like a JRR Tolkein story ! I am falling in love with this to. I see a fandom coming on . . .

ReplyDeleteI love the constant mention of roses, I wonder if they will play any part in the future. I do have one question is there anything that is supposed to lead us to believe Clara died in the 21st century ? It could have been the 80's or something.
ReplyDeleteI am calling a Mr. F -- Victor-- Clara love triangle. I think the only reason Mr.F was acting semi-decent to her in the end was because she was practically naked.

Dammnit, Ms. Leigh I wasn't going to comment but after reading this how could I not ? Something about these chapters felt very real I felt like you were literally creating a world around me and I believed it.

This was so lovely and I agree with a few others who would argue they are still humans. I relate to Clara so much. I still hate Mr. F for how badly he is treating her.

This story makes me happy and sad at the same time but,mostly sad. You forget Nightfall means they are dead and then suddenly you are reminded.
ReplyDeleteI don't think Clara loved Peter and LL has mentioned she can accept arranged marriages so I kind of feel that is what they had wasn't out of loved. IDK, maybe it's because I am on the Mr.F/Clara bandwagon and I totally want to see some action between those two.
